#148: How Do You Develop Boldness? Does It Even Matter?
This episode we explore how emotional health & emotional intelligence impacts boldness.
What is boldness?
How do you define boldness?
Where does it come from?
What does it do for you?
How does it serve you?
Can you do ‘boldness’ wrong?
Can you recognize healthy vs. unhealthy boldness?
How bold are you?
Is boldness only reserved for certain personalities?
Is your boldness coming from a healthy or unhealthy place?
For me personally, boldness comes from knowing who you are, accepting who you are (strengths & weaknesses; freedoms & limitations; strengths & superpowers), & applying who you are fully.
In order for all that to happen, it takes emotional healthiness from growing one’s emotional intelligence.
I used to be “bold” coming from an emotionally unhealthy place & it would often fall flat.
Now, it comes across completely differently b/c I’m coming from a much healthier place emotionally.
